Created by perfumer Bernard Chant and launched in 1974, Gentleman by Aramis is one of those classic men’s fragrances. Gentleman opens with a burst of citrusy notes including lemon and bergamot along with the herbal hints of Artemisia. At the heart of this scent, a spicy mix of patchouli and cinnamon is complemented by the warming combination of sandalwood and orris root. The masculine base notes of leather and amber are perfectly matched with the earthy tones of oakmoss and vetiver.
