A masculine fragrance, Calvin Klein Encounter features bold, yet distinctive woody and spicy notes that create an air of mystery. Created by perfumers Honorine Blanc and Pierre Negrin, Encounter was released in 2012. Opening with top notes of mandarin, rum and cardamom the journey continues with heart notes of patchouli, pepper, cognac accord and jasmine. Base notes feature cedar, oud wood and musk for a rich, earthy conclusion.
