Declaration by Cartier

Luxurious and elegant, few fragrances offer the same sophistication as Cartier Declaration, a complex and sensual blend. Top notes open with a complex and sweet combination of Mandarin orange and bitter orange, bergamot, artemisia, neroli, coriander, caraway, and birch. Middle notes follow with a slightly spiced blend of Guatemalan cardamom, pepper, iris, juniper, orris root, jasmine, ginger, and cinnamon. Finally, base notes include rich scents of Tahitian vetiver, tea leaves, cedar, leather, oakmoss, and amber. Declaration was created by perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena and launched in 1998.
